Memory Seeds is built for quiet, intentional sharing. We keep your data minimal, your visibility in your control, and your experience free from ads or surprise inbox clutter.
How we handle privacy
Seeds stay private by default. You decide who can view them, how many recipients to invite (max 3), and when they unlock. We do not sell or rent your data. If you set a seed to public, its title, message, media, and map location become viewable by anyone once it unlocks.
File uploads are stored securely and tied only to the seed and account that created them. You can delete seeds at any time, and we remove them from active systems. Backups may persist for a limited period for continuity.

Your control
Make seeds public or private, set unlock dates (maximum of 3 years in the future), or delete any seed. You can request a data export via support and we will provide a copy within 30 days.
Terms at a glance
Fair use
Keep seeds respectful and lawful. No harassment, hate, or illegal content. We reserve the right to remove material that violates these principles or applicable laws.
Enforcement
If you violate our policies or upload inappropriate material, we may remove content, suspend your account, or permanently disable access.
Accounts & billing
Seed credits are tied to your account. Refunds and adjustments follow local consumer protections; reach out and we will help.
Availability
We aim for high uptime but occasional maintenance or outages may occur. We will communicate material changes or disruptions.
Ownership
You own your content. You grant us a limited license to host and deliver it to recipients you authorize. Remove it anytime to end that license.
Reporting & takedown
If you believe a seed violates our guidelines or your rights, report it with the Seed ID and any supporting details. We review reports and may remove content that violates our policies or the law.
For copyright/DMCA requests, include your full name, contact info, the original work, the Seed ID, and a brief statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized. We may temporarily disable access while we investigate.
Age & safeguarding
Memory Seeds is not intended for children under 13. If you are under the age of digital consent in your region, please do not create an account or share personal data. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has submitted personal data, contact us and we will remove it.
Cookies & analytics
We use essential cookies for session management. We do not use third-party ad pixels. If we ever add optional analytics, we will update this page and provide consent controls where required.
